I love MediaDrug I had it for a long time on my tablet and on my computer but when I got a new tablet and laptop. I could find the app but I couldn't get the download. I have since had several different phones and tablets but haven't been able to get it to download. Can any body tell me what's up with that? I have enabled allow installation of third party apps or unknown apps. But still can't get it to download. This is the I ast try for a while maybe one day I will find the trick. Or it might be Google blocking it somehow.
This used to be a great program. I could find many songs and even albums. The features it had were on par with Windows Media Player, but it turned into a nightmare. It throws out Malware and some viruses and worms. My Malwarebytes Anti-Malware quarantined it several times in 2014, so I had to uninstall it from my computer. I reinstalled it after an eight-year hiatus, only to realize that it was unusable. It keeps throwing an error, and worst of all, it won't install. Do not bother with this product; it's a waste of time. Find something else that will help you find songs or artists. You'll have more luck with another software. This used to be great software, but not anymore. What a shame!
I have been using MediaDrug for over 2 years but suddenly cannot download any artists or songs, I have tried MediaDrug on 4 different computers .
It still not operating, I can drag a song into media drug and it plays O.K.
Does anyone else have the same problem? I have tried contacting MediaDrug 5 times in the past 3 weeks but no one wants to answer my
question. Not even the C.E.O. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Ray, I am also experiencing the same problem. It used to work fine, then all of a sudden started giving error messages and now, doesn't even work at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, all to no avail. Really concerned.
All my issues relevant to this program spawned at the updating of the version I had, when prompted. May be that merely the newest release/version is flawed and the version prior will be fine.
Bad news!! this has given my computer a virus and I have had to run Malwarebytes and antivirus to try clean the mess it has made, my screen keeps on getting the blue dread and I cannot uninstall this messed up software completely from my system!! What have you done?

Also, while installing a program, please be more careful to untick unwanted and adware components that this program may offer you to set up.
This software has caused untold problems and now I keep getting the dreaded blue screen. The MediaDrug icon keeps on popping up in my bottom tray even though I have tried to uninstall the software. What has happened to this once wonderful program?
As of today, MediaDrug won't download any music anymore. It stays on searching. I really liked MediaDrug, so I hope you can tell me how to fix this problem. I did have to install the software again because my computer uninstalled it for some reason.
I love MediaDrug but for some reason on this computer it tells me that the online installer stopped working and the offline installer will not work. I need help.

Keep in mind, anytime you download copyrighted media - music, movies, etc. - for free, it is stealing. And it can be a subject to criminal activity. But I agree MediaDrug here works very well.
Just discovered this...it works great! Downloads are fast, audio is really good quality bitrate...found most of the songs I was looking for (mostly old school)...I can't stop listening...wonder about the legal issue though...too good to be true! and most of all it's really free!
